May 14, 2020 Zoom Membership Meeting Convened: 6:30 p.m. February Minutes accepted without change Treasurer: Supervisor Rodoni: Update https://marinrecovers.com/ website concerning reopening of businesses. Site/business-specific reopening plans County now has 24-hour test result turn-around. 15 minute is coming Small village concerns on reopening of parks/beaches. County is watching data for impact of reopening decision. Suggests residents stay home on the weekends. Wash hands – wear masks – 6 feet distance Rest rooms in parks will reopen 900 parking citations issued since outset No enforcement/crowd control in town unless deliberate coughing/spitting etc Masks “should” be worn outdoors when near others, “must” be worn inside businesses . There have been ten cases of Covid-19 in West Marin. So far, at least five have recovered. No deaths. Design Review Committee *Steve: Strober Trust Coastal Permit/Use Permit: Residential to commercial change of use. Septic and parking considerations. ADA ramp. No sidewalk (?) “Events” may be a future concern. *Pamela: Point Reyes (gas) Station: Parking plan revised.
