MINUTES FEB 11, 2020 (Zoom meeting) 6:38pm Call to order – Ken Levin Treasurer’s Report Minutes – January 2021 Minutes approved without objection Item 1: Guest: Dennis Rodoni, Marin County Supervisor, Renaming Sir Francis Drake Blvd- received input from 300 people, hundreds of emails. Learning session. Historic Video presented. Discussion followed re name change, Q&A with Dewey Livingson, historian. Recology rate hearing will be on Mar 16th. Item 2: Design Review Committee: Steve Antonaros, Pamela Bridges DR to follow permitting applications in town. Lighting review to approach property owners/managers re: light trespass in town. Exploring a Dark Sky Designation in concert with Pont Reyes National Seashore. Item 3: North Marin Water District: Peggy Day, Ken Levin NMWD to hold hearings re: rate increases, more info. at NMWD.com Moving ahead with permitting of second Gallagher well.
